We spent the weekend on the farm picking berries and corn, eating too much apple pie and pears with ginger and cream. The summer is still lingering around and it’s the perfect season for herbs like cilantro, thyme, oregano and mint. The fresh garlic looks like innocent miniature leek, but it is so spicy that it makes the tongue curl. Every dish on the lunch and fika table was made with ingredients from the garden and it all tasted so very lovely!
